The studio

A type studio, built into your workflow.

Typeset Page is a small studio with one obsession: making written documents look the way a good typographer would set them — and doing it for you, in seconds, from the Markdown or Word you already wrote.

The idea

Writing and setting are two crafts.

You do the first; almost nobody has time for the second, so most documents ship looking like the tool that made them. We split the two: you bring the words, the studio composes the page — spacing, hierarchy, tables, the small stuff — so what you hand over looks finished, not default.

The canon / eleven typographers

Templates drawn from real work.

Our templates aren’t themes. Each one is drawn from the work of a real typographer — Massimo Vignelli, Robert Bringhurst, Josef Müller-Brockmann, Matthew Carter and more — so when you pick one, the whole document is composed to match their decisions, not ours.

How we work

Craft, in the open.

Runs where you read

Convert in your browser — no signup, nothing stored. Your document never leaves your machine until you export it.

Honest about beta

It’s free while in beta, and we’d rather hear what’s missing than pretend it’s finished. Bring feedback; we ship fixes.

Open where it counts

The crypto, the reader and the plugins are open source — you can read exactly what runs before you trust it.

Start with a document

Bring the words.
We’ll set the page.

Paste Markdown or drop a .docx and download a clean Word file or a print-ready PDF — free, private, nothing stored.
