A typesetting engine / Markdown & Word

Your documents, set
like a typographer would.

Paste Markdown or drop a .docx. Get it back as a clean native Word file or a print-ready PDF — composed with the type decisions of a master, and quietly proofread on the way out. No manual formatting. Free while in beta, nothing stored.

The engine / not just a converter

It doesn’t convert. It composes.

Drop in Markdown or Word and it’s parsed, typeset, proofread and laid out — then handed back as a clean native .docx or a print-ready PDF. The formatting is a decision, not an accident.

That web page isn’t just for reading — it comes with tools to review the content: comment on any passage and resolve threads as you go.

Usage / however you work

It fits how you already work.

However the document reaches you — a file to drop, a note in your vault, a draft from your AI — the same engine sets it. Pick the way that matches your day.

In Obsidian

Write in Obsidian.
Deliver in Word.

Obsidian exports PDF, but not Word. Export DOCX adds the missing command — any note becomes a real .docx, wikilinks and callouts intact. Same engine as this site, no copy-paste.

About the plugin

Share for feedback

Share a doc.
Get comments back.

Publish a Markdown doc as a page people can actually read — clean, typeset, on any screen — and collect their comments inline. The one thing a gist, a blog or a PDF won’t give you.

About Share

Cleanup / proofed on the way out

It proofreads while it sets.

Every export quietly fixes the small stuff review cycles are wasted on — and tells you exactly what it did: “Fixed 14 things: 6 double spaces, 3 straight quotes…” Code, links and anything ambiguous are never touched.

Spacing

  • Double spaces collapsed
  • Stray blank lines removed
  • Trailing whitespace trimmed
  • Invisible Unicode normalized

Typography

  • Straight → curly quotes
  • Real apostrophes
  • -- --- → en / em dashes
  • ... → real ellipsis

Punctuation

  • No space before , . ; :
  • Space added after commas
  • Space between sentences
  • List punctuation (pt-BR)

Numbers

  • 1.234,56 ↔ 1,234.56
  • R$1.000 → R$ 1.000
  • 50 % → 50%
  • 1o → 1º, 2a → 2ª (pt-BR)
